Terms of Service

MobileReady is a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer that simulates mobile phones and tablets for the purpose of testing, capturing screenshots, and producing client demos of websites you have the right to access.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

MobileReady offers Free, Professional, and Expert plans on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices, features, and limits are shown on our pricing page and may change; changes to recurring pricing will be communicated in advance.

You may cancel at any time from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; paid amounts are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated on our pricing page.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the extension except as permitted by law;
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, licensing checks, or authentication;
• Use the Service to capture or distribute content you do not have the right to use.

The Service, including all software, branding, and content, is owned by MobileReady and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

The extension operates on websites you visit. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site rendered inside the simulator.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
